Mrs. Jessica Rosado, FNP-C
Family Medicine
Experienced RN and FNP with 23 years in the health care system. Jessica Rosado graduated from RN at Antillean University in PR and completed her master’s degree in APRN, FNP-C from AGM University in Florida. Mrs. Rosado also has Gerontology Nursing Gero-BC and FMCSA (DOT) certifications. Mrs. Rosado is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. Victor Feliz, M.D., F.A.C.C, F.S.C.A.I
Medical Director
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, New York. He completed a fellowship in Cardiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa after a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.
Dr. Feliz worked for several years at the VA medical centers in Tampa and Bay Pines. He is currently practicing at Florida Hospital-Tampa, Florida Hospital-Wesley Chapel, and Tampa Community Hospital (former Town & Country). Dr. Feliz is Board Certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular disease, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine.
He has professional memberships with The American College of Cardiology, The Tampa Bay Latin American Medical Society, and Colegio de Médicos de PR. He has special interests in Cardiac Catheterizations, Pacemaker, Echocardiography, and Venous Ablation. Dr. Feliz is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jose Del Valle

José Del Valle Muller, RN, BSN; started as an Emergency Medical Technician in 2005 and then graduated from Inter American University of Puerto Rico in 2009 after achieving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. José has been caring for his patients for more than 12 years now. He has lots of experience within the Trauma Center and has worked most of the time of his career in the ER. José also has certifications on BLS, ACLS and PALS.

Originally from Poland, Martyna began her professional career as a Medical Aesthetician in New York. Her passion to aesthetics led her to pursue a nursing degree. In 2019, she graduated from nursing program and later on, received Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from St Petersburg College.
With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics Martyna brings a gentle touch, individual approach and caring attitude to our IV Wellness Clinic. Her love for learning, attention to detail, and patient-focused approach plays an integral role in her results.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing yoga, and living a healthy lifestyle.
